I had a reply from this company regarding my previous review with an offer to appease me and change my rating on this site.(Amazing within hours of it being posted on this site) They asked me to accept the offer in exchange for changing the rating I had given them. I received the order on the 4/6/2020 (STRANGE HOW QUICK IT SEEMED TO APPEAR AFTER POSTING MY REVIEW ON HERE) and wrote back to them stating this. I advised them I would accept their offer as well as a refund for the postage. GUESS WHAT... they have not responded as was posted on their site. SO MY REVIEW STILL STANDS... AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO POST A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM AND THEN ALL OF THE SUDDEN THEY WILL RESPOND

AVOID, AVOID! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. I placed an order on the 7/4/2020. My order number is **************. I selected the postal service with tracking 6-14 days delivery. I have still not received it and keep getting told to be patient. The tracking has not been updated since the 25/4/2020.On the website it states the following "Tracking Your Products. Once your product leaves our doors, we keep on tracking it until it reaches yours. We track your shipments real-time" However, no one is able to clarify where my order is. I have requested a refund but told I have to WAIT UNTIL I RECEIVE THE PACKAGE. I think this is a SCAM website.

Your order was shipped on April 8th. Your shipping method (Air Mail) normally takes 6-14 business days (8-20 calendar days).

Please kindly note that due the huge amount of orders in this peak season, and due the lock down and the lack of working staff in shipping companies, the online data are updated later than the actual situation and all orders are being delayed more than usual.

Please rest assured, there's nothing to be worried about. If there was any issue in your order, we will take the full responsibility of your purchase.
