I ordered a double plaque for a Christmas present. The second I received it, I contacted them so I could return it. The quality was absolutely terrible. Their "team" said I approved it before they printed it. Of course I did, because the preview didn't look like the junk I received. It was blurry and color quality was extremely lacking.
