Said our items shipped on 7/30/16, and we used the 5-8 business days. It's now 8/12/16 and NOTHING. When I try to contact customer service, there is NO way to get hold of them! It claims item has shipped, but there is NOTHING. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!
