I made an order online for my mother. Once I received the order I had to return some items. I decided to pay the extra money and use USPS. It is now towards the end of February and I have yet to receive my refund. I spoke with several people with customer service and they seem so nonchalant as if this poor customer service is the norm. The received my return on 1/25/21 and here it is a month later. If I could give them a negative zero it would be colder than Texas is right now. I could understand if customer service were a little more understanding and concerned but NOT. Never ever will I purchase from them again in life. Not in the store or online because they don't deserve my hard earned money.
