I attempted to purchase an iPhone from Back Market. They charged my credit card and then immediately refunded my money saying they need a photo of the front and back of my DL before I could make the transaction. Also they said to sell my phone back to them they wanted my bank account numbers and social security number. No company needs that kind of info just to sell you a one time purchase product. I decided to go with a different company. Most of this happened on a phone call to help center. No order number because they canceled the order. Tracy

It is impossible to get any help from this company if you can't get something to work properly. And their products break down frequently and are not at all user friendly. If you attempt to get help they just send you through a series of tasks and if you make it to the end it just brings you back to the beginning. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and buy a different brand. They used to be great, but not anymore. Printer is now in the dumpster where it belongs.

I just tried switching to Mint from Quicken. I thought Quicken was bad when you need help. Mint is a nightmare. All I wanted was to enter a transaction that was older than 90 days. So far I have logged in 14 times, emptied my browser history, restarted my computer 4 times, and started a chat for help 4 times that kicks u out after 20 min. It's been 2 hours and all they do is blame your computer, browser, ect.
