While a lot of companies are holding customer service to the highest standard possible during this trying time, other companies like Jackson Supply, have turned this pandemic into a slackers paradise! Like no more customers in the store. Call ins only. With all the products available to the industry, they would rather you buy your supplies from someone else if you don't know exactly what your looking for. That my friends is a great way to run off customers forever, because of paranoid employees. Jackson Supply would rather let their employees destroy their integrity, than figure out how to hold customer service to a higher standard. HOW STUPID! They also do not want to open new contractor accounts. No worries though, I'll spend my hard earned money with companies who welcome me aboard their customer list. I'm sure Amazon will be the straw that breaks the backbone of these slacker run companies. These slackers will be singing a new song when they're out of work! HA! And I'll be sure not to hire those people to my company. I want my business to continue to prosper during these trying times. CEO's and business owners should start birddogging their companies before their employees destroy it!

You have to be a dealer to buy there good junk! How arrogant! Johnson supply lost the York line for the same reason. Just run off all licensed contractors and see what happens.

After a long talk with Goodman dist Vice President., I found they no longer honor in store warranty. The contractor has to purchase a customers warrantied parts up front and then get your refund from an online portal. HOW STUPID! I won't play banker for Goodman or a customer, especially when I didn't install the system. I'll never sell Goodman again. RUUD #1.
