My son was scammed by fanpass for Chelsea v Aston Villa 3rd round Carabao Cup tickets on 22nd September 2021 at Chelsea. He is 19 and travelled to London for their first time on his own paying a lot for trains only to be turned away at the ticket office for fraudulent tickets sold by you, what a useless company you are if you cannot even verify a ticket he paid £60 x 2 for
