Their so called certified contractors are a joke. The sales and customer service is by far the worst.

I hired these guys to install four ceiling fans and a very large chandelier for me. Price was pretty good and they were professional and quick to get it done. I will keep their card for future business... I had originally tried getting this job done through "Angles list" but most of their certified contractors were bogus and a waste of time. I'm glad I never paid for that membership!

I bought a house with speakers in every room and since the day I moved in they have been buzzing. I have looked for over a year to find someone to fix it. I found these when they hung TVs at my church. They spent a day disassembling all the audio equipment in the house till they found the problem. Not only is the buzzing gone the speakers sound fantastic now. Thanks guys!

Their selection and prices are pretty good. They just don't have the buyer protection that Ebay gives you.

A lot of stuff they sell on their web site is NOT returnable to their store. Something they dont tell you till after you buy it.
