We had 5 job opportunities advertised on Indeed. Out of the blue, they disabled our account and when I appealed I got a stock response that one of the ads didn't meet their "standards". There doesn't seem any ability to speak to anyone about it. 3 of the roles were for apprenticeships and 2 for sales roles.
I emailed Indeed and asked for the name and contact details of our Account Manager: no response.
We are a reputable firm of financial advisers and have been going for 31 years in a highly regulated industry. We certainly wouldn't treat our customers this way.
Not Happy at all!
Torsten Hart, Future Perfect Financial Solutions Ltd
Hello Torsten, to explain, it is normal that all accounts will be reviewed as we must verify the connection between the account creator and the company they are hiring for. We must also ensure that our quality guidelines are met. If enough information is not provided when the account is being created or we find a violation of our guidelines, then the account will go into the appeal status that you're likely now experiencing. We would be happy to take a look at your account to see how we can help here. If you're interested, please email us directly at sitejabber@indeed.com.
