Placed an order for a set of power tools, got the order confirmation email and have waited a week and still haven't gotten another email to state that the item has shipped. Called customer service to only sit on hold for 30 minutes before a representative tells me "it should ship today" I asked how he knew that and all he could tell me is that "we're just behind on orders, it's processing and should be shipped out today" the item was supposed to arrive today and hasn't even shipped. If the company is behind and/or having delays they shouldn't guarantee 4-6 day shipping!
