I order from Shopbop.com very often. Not so good customer service. But great items and basic pieces. The shipping is a little long. But I love everything I get from them. The best sales! Never have I had a issue.

I ordered from them last year when they opened and this year again. Because I live in Australia I could only order from this site on Holiday. I first saw Draya and Beyonce in their items and also visited there sister store in the Galleria in Houston. They have all around great customer service and great product. There was a little delay in shipping by just two days but I didn't at all mind as there items can't be found anywhere and its designer wear. Not only did they give me a coupon for the next time I shopped which I already did they sent me a gift as well! Now thats customer service! I can't wait for there new collection! Great store. I first visited Preme in the Houston Galleria. And it instantly became my favorite store. They have some of the best pieces I have seen and their quality is really amazing. I live in LA and find it a must to order from them on a regularly basis. I have shopped online 6 times since January. I think their creating a new site now so its down. But a must shop. All of my friends shop there now too! My order was received within 1-2 weeks. They also do custom and its great work. I was really surprised. I have order custom before from other places and it was terrible. They are really talented. Great store. Only suggestion is they get more staff they are really busy.
