I ordered a really cute dress from Saved by the dress for my birthday in April. I have had no problem with shipping carriers delivering to my house. It was suppose to be delivered the day before my birthday, which I was super excited! I looked everywhere! It was nowhere to be found. I have sent multiple emails regarding a claim to be filed. I was told that they wont be able to help with the "Lost" Package, which i totally get. But Going back and forth between them and fedex was a HUGE headache. I cant be given any information as the "buyer" only the "seller" can handle the claim. I called fedex one more time, just to understand what's going on with the claim since it's been about two months. Well... comes to find out Fedex had sent a credit to Saved by the dress and they are refusing to refund me for my birthday present I bought myself that I never got. It's a shame to have cute clothes but crappy policies. I will never shop here and would never recommend anyone to shop here.
