MY wife has purchased a few Aquatalia boots over the past few years and the products are generally very good. The issue I have is that their customer service for international buyers is the absolute pits. The use automated messages despite clear in formation being given to them as to what you need or like to happen, totally ignored and pumped out with a standard message, each time saying we'll get back to you in 2-5 working days. Then they suggest I call, really from UK to US, they have to be kidding. An error was made in goods delivered and they also have taken my money. I'm told I cant get a refund, only a credit note, which given the problem was not mine, I find incredible. I ask for a senior person to contact via email and they say they cant do that! So here's my lesson in life, it's easy to sell good products and a business is best measured by the service when things do go wrong, and occasionally that does happen. Aquatalia are the absolute pits with customer service and should be avoided like the plague!
