“Appaling attitude”

Searched via google for ink cartridges for my printer. Cartridge discount seemed to be the cheapest. I therefore ordered the cartridges. They sent me cartridges for a different printer. They said it wasn't there fault so won't attempt to remedy it. Pathetic customer servive. Take your custom elsewhere.
