It's been a nightmare. Just about every single piece of furniture that is delivered is damaged or poorly made. Split wood, bangs in the wood, scratches. It's endemic to their supply chain. Poor QC. Customers Service tries their best but when what you sell is poorly made, the experience is going to be poor.
Tip for consumers:
Don't
Immediately after I made an Angi inquiry, I started getting large numbers of robocalls and solicitation to my cell phone. Most of the tradespeople I made inquiry with never contacted me or most were less than professional. I think Angi now focuses on selling your personal information. I won't use them again. As much as I dislike Yelp, the trade leads are good and I don't have a problem with spammers.
We were excited about a recycled and durable outdoor dining set. Took 8 weeks to get. Table went together easily. One chair was missing a screw holding a back slat. Table had a dent on the edge. Customer service phone line disconnects you. Email response 3-5 business days. For $2800, I expected first class. Got Spirit Air instead. This experience is more like an Amazon reseller. We were going to buy another set for our vacay home but after our experience, we will get something else that is much less expensive.

Avoid disappointment

Don't claim you business on Yelp. They will pester you to advertise. It's like the old Brooklyn window glass racket. Pay for their security and your glass won't get broken.
Yelp empowers intermerate people who will viciously try to damage your business for a violation of their own self-importance. Yelp inconsistently applies their own TOS and blatantly allows libel on their site. They hide behind the constitution to promote this.
Theirs is an interesting business model. They need ads but allow mostly unfair trash to be published about their prospective customers. If they cleaned up their act, this might be a useful service. Most consumers know Yelp reviews are mainly bogus and over the top. It is no surprise that no company has bought this lame company that provides no social benefit. I wish they would crash on their own hubris and shut down.

J&P should be ashamed of themselves. They shipped 3 roses in the deep freeze. They arrived brown. Now they are dead. They were not even #2 quality. TWIGS! They don't respond to my inquiries. They take your money and say so long, sucker.
Tip for consumers:
Stay away from J&P. Bad quality and service

I take the prestige wine assortment maybe twice a year. I cancel the others. The wines are usually decent and if you really don't like it, they give a bottle refund freely. It's a very mixed bag since they salt the assortment with some very ordinary and overvalued wines. This brand is owned by Laithwaites, a large UK wine club operator and negociant. Since they buy up a label's production, they can set outlandish prices.
Their marketing is overhyped with misleading hyperbole. They will wax about a vintage and appellation with a quote from say Robert Parker and then imply their offering has all these attributes. The same with a "discovery" winery right next door to Lafitte. Lots of malarkey.
The $69 intro is a great deal. You can easily go online and cancel the quarterly wine shipments. They occasionally offer a very nice and well priced assortment. The French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese wines are usually good, especially from lesser known regions. The New World wines are often lacking. Don't buy the hype. Look up the wines on Vivino or other wine sites. Honestly, I have gotten much better value from a flash wine seller and from the local warehouse store. I really cannot recommend them.
Tip for consumers:
Their wine is overhyped. Some beauties but mostly middling and usually overpriced.
