I received the worst service ever from this company, and now they are trying to scam me. There are plenty of other companies that value your business in the review industry. We had been using them for a few years now. In November 2019, the service wasn't working. I contacted them multiple times to get technical support to fix this on our website. I came to find out that the only technical support was now in Berlin, Germany. They don't even have a U.S. office offer U.S. support. I had to wait a whole day for a single reply from technical support. This happened for weeks, and they still could not fix it. I decided I had to move on and tried cancelling my service. I e-mailed several e-mail addresses and called several numbers but no one would get back to me. The people that answer the phone listed are only paid messaging forwarders. They do not even work at Ekomi. I finally get a call weeks later from an Ekomi representative, and they tell me that my contract autorenewed. That's ridiculous! You cannot make me pay for a service that's not even being honored on your end. I never received any notice of an auto-renewal either. Terrible business ethics!
