I booked a trip to SE Asia with them months in advance, and close to the travel date they emailed me a change in flights. It turns out the change did not include a flight to my HOME STATE! I tried to contact them but they did not respond. I called and emailed and I was just left hanging. My wife and I had to rent a car to drive across 3 states to get home. I will be telling all of my friends and family plus my many social media followers to avoid them. Never will make this mistake again.
