After reading some great reviews about this site I went to order 2 mobile phones.
The process went smoothly until I clicked the submit button from that point I have had nothing but trouble from the company.
1. I have been told from "ahappydeal.com" that my order from PayPal was not verified so I should send them a scan of my passport and a scan of my credit card, after calling PayPal (because this was a little suspicious), PayPal told me that they hadn't send a message saying anything of the sort, in fact my payment went through without and glitches this went on for 8 days with ahappydeal.com.
After sending messages back and fourth to this company I am not able to get a straight answer as to what is happening with my order this is 11 days on,
I have attempted to ask ahappydeal.com via support.ahappydeal.com what is the "real" issue my order hasn't been send yet but all I get in reply is a robot thank you for your reply message and then Admin close the ticket not enabling my to reply to the question.
2. I have paid for "Expedited Shipping" with "Delivery Estimates: 3 - 5 business days to major destinations." but 11 days on the order hasn't even been processed and I cant seem to get and answer for the Admin as to what is happening with my.
In short this company has very bad communication and the processing times are ridiculous
