Wish I could say I purchased something. Both times I paid for an item the seller cancelled and had some cockamamie excuse.

We're sorry for the experience you've had with this order. Because Mercari is unable to guarantee a seller will ship a purchased item, we allow them to cancel transactions if they have troubles sending it off (so buyers can be reimbursed as quickly as possible). Sometimes this means that sellers aren't completely honest in their reasons, but we do watch and penalize accounts should they have a large number of unwarranted cancellations.
