I purchased a two-year subscription from Emsisoft. I had problems from the start. Computer would lock up, I couldn't use another program while it was downloading, etc. Then I had trouble with my printer so I called my printer company and they did an off-line evaluation of my computer and found that Emsisoft was like a virus. I had it removed and everything has worked great. I have asked for a refund of the second year that I paid for but because the request didn't happen within the original first 30 days they will not refund second year. I did not ask for a refund of this year but I'm only into a couple months of the first year and there isn't any reason they can't refund the second year. They just don't want to. Don't buy is my opinion.

Ordered Dean Martin Roast in August. Still no shipment. I did receive a reply stating item was on back order in September. Nothing since then and I have emailed several times. This is a foreign company with no way to contact or trace. If you order from them you are throwing your money away. I can't even find them under tvmediaoutlet.com now.
