I ordered 16 Paw Patrol Backpacks, to give to my students at the end of the school year. Planned to put books and reading material in them for summer from. Received only 12,6 of those were the wrong characters. I was offered NO REFUND n told to send back the backpacks to China individually, even though the Seller mailed all 12 together. Gee, that seems fair. Finally went to the Attorney General's Office and filed a report and also the BBB. Worst website I've ever seen. Horrible customer service and Nikola, one of their reps is dumber than a box of rocks and BEYOND RUDE. I'm done with Tophatter.
