I purchased contacts over the weekend online with expedited delivery so I would have them for a party on Friday. On Tuesday, they told me that one of the items was not in stock. I immediately told them to replace it with something else. On Wednesday, they told me that they had cancelled the order because they were not going to be able to get them out in time. If all of this would have happened in a timely manner, I would have my contacts on Friday, however, all I have is disappointment.
