This is what I wrote on Trust Pilot about my experience...
The most APPALLING service I have ever had - coming from someone who has never written a bad review before. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered a cycle helmet from them (3-4 days delivery). After 16 days, 3 web chats (you can't speak to ANYONE AND THEY ARE TOO 'BUSY' TO CALL YOU) I have finally arranged for a refund for my parcel that never arrived. I was told I wouldn't be refunded, they wouldn't send a replacement BUT I could buy another one! I won't waste my time telling the whole story - they will undoubtedly do nothing to improve their service (I have included my order number so they can contact me) - but DO NOT USE CHAIN REACTION they are thieves! I am incredulous to the fact they score so highly on Trust Pilot when I would have struggled to find a more inept company. Just to summarise. DO NOT USE. Buy from someone else.
