Went through three customer service reps. No supervisor was present to handle my complaint of poor customer service. I felt like I was talked down to by the reps representing Hulu. They follow scripts which restricts them to getting to problem sooner. I asked the last rep to have her supervisor call when he or she gets in because they do not work at night. I am still waiting of the supervisor's call eight hours later. Don't waste your money with Hulu. I went back with YouTube TV.
