This was my first order with Juelia. There's a ring I'd been wanting to get my wife and finally did this past Christmas (2020). The first letdown was it was the 1 gift out of all the gifts for my family, I bought 100% online this year, that did not make it on Christmas. When she finally got her ring, around a week after Christmas, she found it didn't fit quite right so we thought we'd exchange it for a different size of the exact ring. Thinking this wouldn't be an issue, we started the return on their website. They don't do exchanges, but rather give you option of money back to your card, or store credit and then whenever it's approved, they give you store credit, then you order the item in whatever size you need. My status tracker on the Jeulia website was at the "delivered to Jeulia" status for a week without changing. So I wrote them, and they responded very quickly, and then my store credit was available the next day. However, it was less than the amount I bought the ring for, despite having free shipping then and for my reorder of the same ring with amended size. Also, be aware your cost of shipping the ring back to them is 100% on you. Most companies give you credit of the shipping the item back to them cost once they receive the package, but no; instead I didn't receive reimbursement for my shipping the ring to them, I also received less money for the ring. I ended up paying more for the ring this time than I did originally when ordering it for Christmas. Even if the "sale" is over, when you usually shop at a store, and then need to return something, it is always given to you for the price that you paid originally, because you are just exchanging the same thing for a different size, but that is not the case with this company. So, if it wasn't for my wife really wanting the ring, I would have already got an actual refund and moved on. I will not use this company in the future as soon as she gets her ring this time. I love giving positive reviews, but conversely, when there's an issue I think people should know about it. Not meant as a discouraging "don't buy from here" kind of message, but just a heads up to what you may encounter if you need to exchange your order, whatever the reason be. My wife is happy with the ring, thankfully; which has made this whole mess worth it to me.
