They have no customer service over the phone - only an answering service that tells you to contact them by email - and then they don't respond to the emails sent to them.

Site doesn't send email verification - despite several attempts to resend for it. When you then try to reset your password, it'll then say it cannot, because your email already exists. That's crook city.
