SCAM. When you order, they make you call back to upsell, then dont send it until you do. On top of that, they charged me $1700 for a $1200 tv. Contested the charge, thanks Credit Card Company, bought it from Amazon for $1350. Worth the extra few bucks, but lost a month of having the TV and a week being on hold. AVOID
