The website would not take the booking for my holiday so I had to call in. I asked the representative if she can match the website price and she said "yes" I told her the price I expect to pay and she said "yes". She took the booking on the telephone and the charge on the credit card was higher than agreed. Swiss fails to address this complaint of misleading selling, despite 3 emails. It puts me on hold for 7min 40 sec when I try to speak to someone. The customer complaints team writes that the website is still not working today (5 Aug), already 4 weeks after it was originally not working.

This firm has UK address and offers pop-ups on legit sites such as banks, BT, yahoo or eBay, etc for "free trial", competition wins, etc - you just need to enter credit card for shipping and maybe a £1 sample charge. However, somewhere in the process you may click a box accepting terms and conditions - although its hard to find their 4,658 word "terms and conditions" which states that if you don't cancel and return the goods unused within 14 days of the order (at your expense using a number you have to ring, wait over 10 minutes, and ask them for), they will start deducting £92 a month from your credit card for no extra goods. The firm may breach some consumer law (I don't know if they also do business in US although the call centre is there). Many people only notice the charges after 1 or 2 months and find it very hard to get refunds, may end up closing their credit card accounts, etc.

I can't find anywhere else to post my review, but I am so impressed with this site. Being disorganized I was planning a walk and had none of my favourite Ordnance Survey maps. Their website was great for finding the map I wanted, the price was very good with post included and they put it in the post by 3pm, and adding £1 for fast postage meant I got it the next day. All the other maps I ordered came after the walk but it was great to show some foreign visitors a section of beautiful South Downs Way while having fun explaining contours, church with spire or with tower, etc for the landscape spread in front of us. Recommended!

Every time I shop with Amazon they seem to get better and they have also been amazingly responsive on queries even when they are a bit complicated (misleading product description rapidly resolve, Amazon affiliates application wrongly rejected, etc.) Great service, a key site for me.

Very much enjoy writing reviews and tend to use their reviews a lot when travelling. You have to read carefully as some (positive and negative) are fake, but it is still extemely helpful and easy to use.

Very good site for booking travel, I use it regularly even though I shop around it still often has the best deals. The telephone support and customer service has improved a lot and I think they are great.
