So does anybody ever look back a year or two later, and ask if Dr. Karanastasis really has the answers that gets couple back together? I mean if you look at the home page of www.themakeupboard.com you see a picture of a happy couple in the upper right hand corner that gives the impression that if you follow his plan that everything will end up a bed of roses. All one has to do is read the book, follow the particular plan that is appropriate to your situation and magically you girl is back in your arms.

The reality, however, for 95% of the members is a much, much different!

Has anybody ever wondered why Dr. Karanastasis never comes back to the forum and makes an occasional post? Would you figure that if you took the time to write a life altering book that was supposed to impact the life of millions of men (as opposed the three dozen men currently registered on the forum) that at least every blue moon you would show up and at least say "hey". It's kind of odd is it not?

Anyway, back to the issue at hand … snake oil sales men or man with revolutionary ideas? Hmmm, well I can say that I, along with95% of all the other guys ended up failing at the goal they arrived with which was getting their respective girl back. On the other hand, the "No Contact" approach did wonders for many of the men that joined this forum and helped them to regain their self confidence. They felt as though they retook control and started healing. Certainly a good thing, that's for sure!

So, in the end is the makeupboard.com a good place to be if you have recently suffered a break-up? In my opinion, if you are hoping to get your girl back probably not so much. If you are trying to get yourself back then you have come to the right place.

What does everybody else think? If you had to do it all over again would you follow Dr. K's plan or one of the other dozens of plans on the internet? Please let me know.
