If you expect prints to match your photos, don't use these! The colours were not accurate, and they say they were consistent with what I uploaded, they weren't! I use a colour calibrated screen and printer, and their prints didn't come close! They obviously tell you anything rather that admit they have it wrong. They won't get anything from me again!

You buy a "Pro" version, but when it's upgraded, you have to pay the full retail price again.
They don't understand loyalty, or maybe they do, it's all one way. You get no reward for using their product. Unlike many others, some of which, even offer free updates for life. This product is not so cheap that paying the full price for an upgrade can be justified.
