Then says Circulation Pump Motor is required $366 and needs to be ordered. $523 down payment is required. Week later Matt returns and new pump is defective. 10 days later Matt comes and says the circuit board needs replacing, which will be another $500 (approx) not worth it and we purchased a new one for $469. I'm charged for $280 for him to do checks. It's like a have a flat tire and charged 3 x's for him putting air in the tire and then discovers there's a nail in it. And he charges more for removing the nail. Called head office and was not allowed to speak to a manager. Paid $523 and they return a cheque for $207. I GOT F****ED and so WILL YOU
