If you make a mistake, don't expect any help or consideration. You can find better prices if you look. I made honest mistake of adding too many zeros in a bid, they would not cancel. Of course I didn't pay. If they would have talked we could have worked it out.
I would not recommend, I will not go back.

I ordered a book and saw a mistake in order, (eBay) and cancelled within minutes. They shipped anyway. It will cost near as much to return book as price.
If I saw these reviews I'd stay away.
And Trust Pilot? They favor the company, cant get posted there.
EBay? They do nothing, let you work it out.
