We bought an LG gas stove from Lowe's in July. We immediately had problems with it and contacted LG for service - after several attempts they sent a repairman to look at it. It is now October and the stove is still not working - the service man has been here numerous times and now tells us it can not be fixed. We have repeatedly asked for a refund or a new stove with no results. We have never dealt with a worse company in our 42 years of marriage. By the way, Lowe's will not stand behind its sale either. On line we see many other people with the same complains. Tom Forst
First let me say, I have used them before with good results - however, recently I paid $25 for a logo and did not receive anything near what I asked for, even with several attempts to contact the vendor. I then contacted the company asking for reimbursement a while back and have heard absolutely nothing. Not good service at all.
