Allstate is the worst homeowners insurer. Hail damaged 25% of the homes in our neighborhood, and only Allstate won't fix it. A roofer, who replaced three others on my street, documented hail damage at 22K. Allstate says 7K. Rude adjuster— bad service. Allstate is a black hole. I can't get them to respond. Mobile App says the case is closed. I have written the adjuster. Followed up with customer service and even called my agent. Aside from the agent, no one acts as if I even exist. When they presented me with the ridiculous estimate, I told them I did no accept it. Had an independent roofer send photos and an estimate. I told them I would not cash the check and not send it.
