I've been dealing with Sorel support since Dec 2019 regarding a pair of $300 boots that were stolen off of my porch. UPS and Sorel have been pointing the finger at one another, and 10 months later I am still out $300 and bootless. Pathetic customer service. They have insurance to cover this type of thing, but will not even give me as much as a store credit, replacement or refund.
