Just like most people who have submitted reviews about Epic Sports I have experienced the worst customer service possible. I bought a few Christmas gifts and I never recievd the product. So, I emailed them right after I got an e-mail notice that it was returned. They then proceed to explain that I would need to pay a re-ship fee (already paid to ship it once). I then said just return it and give my money back. She said ok. I then got a e-mail saying I was charged a restocking fee and refused to correct the issue. Unreal! STAY AWAY!
