Called for update about shipping ETA and the customer service is not that great.
Automated telephone service, transferred several times.
I spoke to 3 reps and then Tiffany customer service said could not look further into to when it would ship (she stated she unable to contact warehouse for when it would go out) she would not transfer me to a supervisor when asked and she took the time to explain to me that she has worked their longer than they (the supervisors) have - sounds like a possible promotion resentment problem.
OVERALL: I called to get info, but was not satisfied with the customer service I received and was not able to get anymore info than I had before the call and I felt the level of customer service needed to be improved.
My first order with this company and now it is my last, it is amazing how one conversation can make a person want to shop elsewhere.
I asked Tiffany to removed my name from future mailing list.
