I bought (2) light fixtures from this company and they did not comply with the Canadian Electrical Code and my electrician therefor could not install them. I contacted this company and they offered me a 5% return, the 10% then 15% all the way up to 30%. They never accepted responsibility and were evasive. I had waited three months for these fixtures. Unfortunately when I place this order I placed another a day or so later. It cost over $500.00 and once again I waited over three months. The fixture arrived in a thousand pieces in a poorly constructed cardboard box with next to zero protection. Once again Beautiful Halo declined on accepting responsibility. The asked for photo's and I sent them (13) Then they asked for photo's of the labels from the box exterior and I sent them (4), Then they once again began to offer me a 5% return and by this time I had enough. I contacted "PAYPAL" and presented my case. Thankfully they saw through this fraudulent company who refuse to accept any responsibility. Customers pay insurance to companies such as this and expect to be treated fairly. I would never have seen my returned payment had it not been for Paypal. I think Paypal should strike this company off as clients. I also think the Canadian government should look into the inadequate electrical rubbish this company is distributing throughout Canada to various retailers. They have no business ethics and should be stricken from entering Canada. Being so far from China gives this company the upper hand and they hope customers will eventually give up or into them. Please, please save yourself a lot of heartache and don't deal with dishonest, disrespectful and ignorant companies such as this.

Wish and or it's suppliers advertise items falsely. For example they advertise electric bikes/scooters and even bikes. They describe the bikes making people think they are buying a "'Real Bike" but in reality what they are selling is headlights, rear lights, handle bars, bike stands, pedals i. E. Bike Parts. The suppliers/wish charge a delivery and the customers often get combined shipping. We all know combined shipping is usually cheaper but Wish charges the customer twice or sometimes three times for one package. It's very close to fraud and I wouldn't consider dealing with wish in the future. I would strongly suggest using another source such as Alibaba.
Recently I ordered a folding bike. I checked on it location for over three weeks and it showed the bike as being sold out. Wish contacted me after three weeks and offered a refund or an alternative bike. The bikes offered were no where near what my original order was. I'm extremely disappointed and won't deal with middle companies again. They offer $1 deals that are also a scam and a way to collect money from customers, hoping they will bank the money with wish and use it on another larger purchase.
