I thought it was going to be a good experience, since I received a package in a timely manner. But it turns out that part of the order isn't in there. Ok. That's fine. Mistakes are made. I contact customer service and it turns out that (unbeknownst to me) it was split into two packages. Ok. No big deal. She provides the tracking number and it turns out the missing item hasn't even been processed. It's been SEVEN DAYS. So I ask (nicely) to cancel the order. Says it's too late. So I ask for a refund, since I needed this product in a reasonable time. Says I'll have to return the order once I get it. What a hassle. It was a $20 item. This is what I get for trying to buy the product from a non-big name stores (Amazon, Walmart, etc.). I don't care about the $20, btw. I care about the hassle and the rejection of cancelling or refunding the order so compensate for being inconvenienced. Clean up your customer service approach, LD.
There is no indication of any second shipment anywhere, so I contact customer service, just to find out that they split the order and haven't even shipped it out yet a full week later.
