I ordered one pair of shoes on 1/6/20 it's now 1/23/20 and my status is still reading "in process". They have their money and will not give me a specific arrival date when I asked online several times. My order number is **************. I notice they give a generic auto response for every compliant I have read, requesting the order number to fix the problem. Well there's mine! I'm going to contact my back and cancel this payment.
