I got a problem with my order before and I placed a complaint here and my surprise the customer service of lightinthebox fixed it in short time (<24 Hours). I appreciate this kind of fast help. In others companies even I made a complaints they did not solved my problem and never answered but Lightinthebox I see they reply the -feedbacks here and try to solve any issue. I recommend anyone if had a problem, try to comunicate with them opening a ticket

Compré varias cosas en igogo y nunca tuve ningun problema, sino todo lo contrario encantado con mis compras sobre todo electronica de consumo. Lo ultimo que compré es un xiaomi mi4 3G/64G (ISP**************) estoy a la espera de su envio. Antes de eso me compré un router xiaomi wifi3 (ISP**************) que estaba en oferta 23 euros y de los mejorcitos, muy estable, wifi potente y seguridad para que no se meta dentro ningún vecino sin permiso:)
A parte de eso compré varios moviles para familiares y drones y todos contentos.
