I bought a few items two-in-a-half weeks prior to Christmas day. I received most of the items in a medium size box, but noticed two items were missing. On my receipt it said the items were no longer available. There was no notice what-so-ever saying that my items weren't shipped. I speak to a very rude Customer Service Rep. Saying first saying my items would not be shipped. I ask her, "Then why am I being charged the full amount if my items aren't being sent out to me?" She then backtracks and says that they will be sent at a later time. I only received 1 and that was a bible cover. Again, these small items could've easily fit inside the box. I do think that this website has great stuff, but their Customer Service is below par. Not sure I want to order from them again.
