I was looking to purchase a pr of sneakers but was trying to find the coupon code box to see how much it would cost after a coupon was added. I must have inadvertently pressed order. I tried shortly after to call and see if i could still add the 40% off coupon, they said "no". It was too late. So, I asked to cancel my order and they said they could not do that either. It was too late to alter the order. I do not want to pay $35 for a cheap pair of canvas sneakers. I asked to speak to her manager and he said no as well. The order said it was back ordered until Dec... they don't even have the shoes in stock. I do not understand. Never again will I deal with the Full Beauty brands online order. I will send the shoes back and pay them $20 for return. Do not order from them, it is not work the hastle. There are too many other Womens clothing places around. Their business practices are a joke.
