I can't give a review on their actual "work" because customer service and Lori who answers the phone is so horrible. They didn't even come to my home to repair my hot tub.
After waiting three weeks for an appointment. The repair person had a personal issue and couldn't make it on our designated day. So they rescheduled it for two days later but I had a early morning appointment which they were not willing to accommodate on the rescheduled date.
I was not able to wait all day. (this is after she argued with me several times stating that she didn't even want to send someone until i had a cover. However I have it enclosed in a gazebo so there is no need to have a cover for the time being)
After trying to explain again that I couldn't be home all day waiting and after waiting 3 weeks i didn't think i should have too. She stated that i should find another repair place and hung up.
When i called back to say that i was going to leave a review on her. She called back my employer asked the address. Then called me on my cell and said she was going to leave derogatory remarks about my employer.
