I made a mistake with my order and when I asked for help there was no effort by Bike-Discount to help, just a curt email stating rules are rules/black and white. Poor public relations!

Not a global company. Only order If you're part of the EU otherwise you'll get stuck with your purchase

Purchased a stereo through amazon and it was defective. I was told i had to pay return postage $41.07 which was garbage. Item was returned having never been able to use it but the extended warranty and a % of $$$ was deducted. Amazon got Biddeal to agree to cover return postage, but after 2 months they finally covered a % of it. Not impressed Lie to you customers
