Nextdoor allows a few bullies to consistently run a muck and harass and bully everyone from neighbors who discuss issues that have nothing to do with the bullier to elderly people. They do little to nothing to resolve the issues and you end up with part of the community in contention with the other part. Their management system pits neighbors against each other.

This site is an absolute, 100% bait and switch. They post that an item is "available" and show dates where the item will be shipped for delivery. Then you don't hear from them. When you call in, they tell you the item is no longer available and ask you to pick something else. It's a bait and switch. I ordered a Bosch dishwasher that they do not have and have no estimated delivery date but the site reads "available" and shows a delivery date of 10/25 - 10/27. Then, they try and make you sound like you're the one in the wrong. I told the customer service rep that I have a college degree and that I can read. She told me that my college degree means nothing. I now have a hole in my kitchen with no dishwasher and no dishwasher delivery date. Appliances Connection can go straight to hell! What a waste of time, and now I'm put in the lurch. It's a damn good thing I called them, otherwise, I would have never known that the DW wasn't going to be delivered. Turn and run from this company.

I don't have a product thanks to Appliances Connection. I now have an empty space in my kitchen, and they are happy about it.

Made my first purchase, which was a larger purchase (1150. 00). Instead of doing the 5% app or 2% gift card amount, they tried to give me. 5%. It was a big waste of time going back and forth with them. You have to dig to find the place to contact them to write a trouble ticket. Then, they said they are going to keep taking monthly fees until the money in the account has run out because there's no way to close the account. These people are scam artists. Turn and run.

Tip for consumers:
Just turn and run. These are con artists. They don't want you contacting them.

None. This was a cash back service for purchases.

I was charged 14.95 via paypal with an email notification then mysteriously charged an additional 1.44 from paypal with no email notification. The "help" I received with non applicable to my situation and I was given one page of somebody's scribbled, illegible notes on a piece of lined paper. I requested a refund and was refunded the 1.44 and sent an email that the 14.95 was refunded when it wasn't. I have wasted my time having to file complaints with paypal. Chegg has no managers and they repeatedly put you through to the same belligerent group of people who waste your time. They cannot explain why they charged the 1.44 and didn't refund the 14.95. Turn and run from these con artists.

WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY. THEY ARE CON ARTISTS. THERE ARE NO RETURNS. SHIPPPING IS VERY SLOW. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. THEY USE EMAIL TO CONVERSE AND CONTROL THE SITUATION. THEIR ANSWER FOR EVERYTHING IS "TOO BAD" WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. THEN THEY ASK IF YOU'RE HAPPY WITH THE RESPONSE. THE DEVICE DOESN'T WORK. THE "SELLER" WILL PROVIDE ABSOLUTELY ZERO SUPPORT AND WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND STEAL YOUR MONEY. THEY WILL TELL YOU TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER FOR SUPPORT, AND THERE IS NOT CONTACT INFORMATION FOR THE MANUFACTURER. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES.

This company needs to be sued because they're providing healthcare devices with absolutely no instructions, customer support, or returns.

Products used:
I didn't end up using the product because it doesn't work. The product is supposed to be a vagus nerve ear clip for use with a TENS unit.

I want to know how to close my Grubhub account. I used it once, and it was a fiasco. I waited a time and decided to try again only to have Grubhub cancel the order with no valid reason. I worked all day in the cold. I'm hungry, and now I'm pissed. I searched the site, and there's no phone number to call and no place to delete my account. I've had it with ya, Grubhub. You're done. I want the account closed.

Tip for consumers:
Maybe decide to run a legitimate business before you offer it to the public so you don't waste people's time and get them really angry.

Products used:
None. Grubhub cancelled the order out from under me. Thanks, Grubhub.

Seabourn forgets that their line of business is vacation cruises, not political and social agendas. They would do well to remain neutral in such matters and stick to their line of business.

This site doesn't want students to speak the truth. They want to protect Harvard professors and continue to allow Harvard to abuse people. If ratemyprofessors.com wants fantasy reviews, then they should write the reviews themselves. Oh, but that's how the Left operates, anyway. Only their opinions matter and everyone else gets censored. I signed up for a $5.00 off coupon for my first purchase when signing up for your news letter. The initial offer didn't state that there was a $50.00 minimum purchase. I bounced around the website, which was not easy to navigate to try and enter the coupon code. Then I went back to the email and it said in smaller print that the $50.00 minimum was required. I wouldn't have bothered and wasted my time if the offer was clear. Either fix the problem or don't waste more time.

Reason I chose this business:

You had a few books that I wanted to get for a grandchild.

I am so seething, fuming, unbridled pissed at these people. They don't backup their product. Their "heavy duty" zippers do not hold. The zipper was hardly used. I had a custom cover made and the zipper didn't last even 6 months before pulling apart. They argued and argued about a partial refund. They decided to do a partial refund and then refused when the original card I used was closed due to fraud. What company can't refund in other ways? Now, it's winter, and I'm having to spend hours replacing this goddamned zipper myself by hand! I'm using a different product other than a zipper to get this done. This company will cost you in time, money, and frustration. I HATE these people.

Too much risk.

Products used:
"Heavy Duty" zipper broke within 6 months and was hardly used. Company will not partial refund or backup the product. Massive waste of time and resources. Company has no integrity.

These people are unethical, politically driven monsters who will rape you of your money without warning within seconds. They only care about covering their own asses and will lie their heads off after they do so. They don't have to follow federal or FINRA guidelines and are given carte blanche to destroy people intentionally. Do not, I repeat, do not go to FINRA for anything. Do not go to a FINRA arbitration. The system is 100%, indisputably rigged. FINRA is not there to protect consumers. They are there to protect the brokerages and keep the table tilted. TURN AND RUN FROM TD AMERITRADE AND FINRA IF YOU VALUE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY. THESE PEOPLE ARE MONSTERS AND HAVE ZERO CONSCIENCE ABOUT PUTTING PEOPLE THROUGH LIVING HELL.

3 hours trying to purchase a refurbished mixer. Site is down, coupons don't work, representatives indifferent.

Products used:
I haven't used them, yet. It's a nightmare trying to get an order put through. I'm 3 hours into this. Their systems are "down". They don't acknowledge the coupon codes correctly. The customer service reps tell you to try and place your order after 24 hours. Then, when you call back the next customer service rep is snotty, still tells you systems are slow, they can't do their job, but they just go with the flow. You have to get a manager to get them to apply the coupons correctly. The emails give you wrong information. They emails make it sound as though your order didn't get placed. Their automated phone system doesn't acknowledge the order number. It's a mess.

I went down to my barn at 11:00 PM at night to take care of animals. I saw an unmarked white truck pull up in front of my barn and stop. I didn't know if it was someone casing my property or my drunken neighbor who I had called the cops on before who sells drugs up the street. The vehicle pulled forward and partially pulled into my driveway with the back of the vehicle sitting out in the oncoming traffic lane. I have a Private Property No Trespassing sign at the entrance to my property. I felt sick to my stomach. I didn't know whether to get a weapon or go confront the person on my own. If I went on my own, I couldn't defend myself without a weapon. I high tailed it back toward the house. A person got out of the vehicle and I yelled to them to stop where they were. I couldn't see them or see their hands. It was dark out. I asked them who they were, and they spoke with a thick accent that I couldn't understand. I told them to repeat themselves several times until I understood that they were trying to deliver something at 11:00 PM at night, out in the country, in the dark! I told them to drop the package at the end of the driveway and leave. He did. I've tried to contact OnTrac several times today about their dangerous delivery practices. They could care less. No apology. No modification to their delivery practices. I told them that they are not to delivery to my property in the dark. They justified themselves and said that they deliver up until midnight. WHO DELIVERS IN THE DARK! I told them that they scared the crap out of me and that I was contemplating getting a WEAPON. They don't get it! OnTrac doesn't get it, and they are more worried about being offended than the safety of their customers and their drivers. DO NOT DELIVER IN THE DARK AT 11:00 PM AT NIGHT, ONTRAC! HOW STUPID CAN YOU BE?

Tip for consumers:
Turn and run. Don't use OnTrac until they can grow up and modify their delivery practices.
