I ordered a two-pillow set for my patio furniture. Only one pillow was delivered, and a second pillow would have taken 3 weeks to get to me, which didn't work for my schedule. I arranged for the return, and was promised a refund of the full purchase price. Today I received an email notifying me that I am being refunded only a portion, because they're charging me almost $19 for the return shipping. NO mention was made in the communications with their customer service that I would have to pay the return shipping for THEIR mistake. Never again.

It is impossible to reach Customer Service. The email doesn't accept emails, and if you call the phone number, you will be on hold for HOURS. I've TRIED SO MANY TIMES! I end up disconnecting because I simply cannot wait anymore.

All I wanted to do is get a refund for a product that was never received.
