“No refunds for cancelled events even though their policy says they refund cancelled events”

OnlineCityTickets refuses to refund cancelled events even though the online policy that is posted on their website states they do. They do not return e mails or calls. They are not refunding based on covid-19. This is ridiculous since Covid or not they are not honoring their policy of refunding cancelled events. Do not purchase tickets from this company. They are very dishonest.

Do not buy from Online city tickets

Products used:
concert tickets for an event that was cancelled. They refuse to refund this even though the policy is to refund or provide credit. they do neither.
