The conduct of this Company is disgraceful. Unsolicited phonecalls, non-receipt of introductory pack, charging my account with £59.99 + £1.99 even though I never signed up to any contract/arrangement, and taking days to respond to my emails/phonecalls. I have cancelled my account with Easylife and I urge everyone else to do likewise. This organisation should close down or be closed down by Trading Standards. It's not fit for purpose.
