Absolutely useless service. Ordered item, never received. Waited hours on end to speak to someone on their customer helpline but NEVER even managed to speak to anyone once, just kept on hold.
Still not resolved! Dont know what else I can do?
Dont trust these cowboys!

These are cowboys and thieves. Stolen over £700 from me and refusing to refund. Not even booked my flights but just stolen my money.
